MPYS respects the leadership qualities of young people within our community and therefore central to all activities undertaken by MPYS is a desire to involve young people as much as possible in the decision making process.

All MPYS team members have been police checked, hold a current Working With Children’s Check, have a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate, Food Handling Certificate and hold professional qualifications in their field of expertise. Young members of the community benefit from MPYS commitment to supporting team members in constantly upgrading their skills.
